We are an evidence-based integrative health care practice.  We believe the body has the ability to heal itself in the face of daily stress, weight gain, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and other modern-day afflictions. We recognize the individuality of every person, that every body is unique and that there is no one treatment, no one diet, no one exercise that fits all. We advocate for self-efficacy in healing and health, meaning that you are the one in control of, the one responsible for, your well-being. In short, we believe health is found in genuine nutrition, clean environments, positive lifestyles and movement, regular chiropractic "tune-ups," and consistent nourishing care.
